The consultation period has been extended until 5th December 2020 at the request of the Wellswood Community Partnership. All comments and suggestions are important and will be carefully considered by the Design Team as they work towards the detailed proposals.

We are aiming to finalise the scheme and submit a full planning application to Torbay Council later this year. The full set of planning documents, supporting reports and surveys, including a Statement of Community Involvement, will be available on the Council’s planning portal at www.Torbay.gov.uk and following the planning links. Once the application has been formally registered the Council will carry out further statutory consultation and notify near neighbours about how they can respond.
